June 12, 2026 this weekin review

Review, unblocked

Two walls came down in the Sessions review this week — the page that wouldn’t scroll, and the client you couldn’t link.

  • FixedThe review page scrolls. Long drafts clipped at the fold — funding source, action items, and the follow-up email were unreachable. The whole Sessions zone now scrolls like every other surface.
  • NewLink the client after the session. Started a session “without a match”? The review now carries the client picker — look them up by email, link, and approve. No more dead end.
  • ImprovedRight center, automatically. Linking a client late also pulls their center, so the record files where it belongs instead of defaulting to the Lead Center.

Your skills, your shelf

Advisor Tools grew an authoring side — the deliverables you ask for weekly can now be skills you wrote yourself.

  • NewCustom skills. Upload your own SKILL.md — your framework, your tone, your deliverable — and run it like any built-in skill.
  • NewTools, wired for real. The workflows and skills on /tools now run against the live backend with a guided canvas.
  • NewResearch → Notebook. Save a synthesized research answer straight to your notebook, sources and all.
  • ImprovedSettings legibility. The AI-model toggle wears its selection clearly now.

Sessions — capture to filed, one screen

The big one. Record a client meeting — in the room, over Zoom, or paste a transcript — and review AI-drafted notes where every claim links back to the words that earned it. Approve, and it writes to Neoserra under your counselor record.

  • NewEvidence-linked review. Every drafted field carries a ¶ sources chip — click it and the transcript scrolls to the cited passages. Low-confidence calls wear an amber Verify flag.
  • NewThe accuracy gate. Approve stays locked until the Neoserra checklist is green — and a rejected write becomes a visible retry, never a silent loss.
  • NewYour clients, as a rolodex. /clients pulls your book from Neoserra with last-meeting snippets and rich cards.
  • NewUp next. Your Google Calendar’s next session, one click from prepped.
  • ImprovedIdentity, hardened. Counselor matching survives husk tenants, hidden keys, and slim list rows — sessions file under you.
  • ImprovedPick your model. Settings now offers Claude Sonnet or Gemini Flash as your primary brain.
  • FixedLive Translate connection — constrained endpoint, token-locked config, and a caption-the-client rework with type-to-speak replies.

The notebook learns some manners

  • NewLearn portal. A guided tour of the whole workbench — syllabus home, lesson pages, your progress remembered.
  • NewNotebook views. Grid or list, your call. Plus edit-and-delete with a polite confirm.
  • ImprovedGraph-paper texture behind the notebook and splash — the thinker’s-tool detail that ties the surfaces together.
  • ImprovedVoice speaks sooner. Translation streams sentence-by-sentence in the picked language instead of waiting for the whole thought.
  • ImprovedChat’s three signature moves — the typewriter greeting, hover arrows, and the red⇆blue swap.

Context, voices, and a tidier desk

  • NewDocuments as context. Paperclip a file into chat — the model reads it before it answers, with a PII heads-up before anything leaves the room.
  • NewLive transcription, three engines deep. Word-by-word captions with language picking, falling back gracefully.
  • ImprovedFive curated voices in settings, with live preview and global toasts.
  • ImprovedSidebar rhythm + composer tray — attachments live inside the input now.
